Nose: fruity-sweet aromas of ripe fruit , warm and soft with aromas of malt and spices

Palate: mouth-filling - full of notes of strong fruit punch, with intense tones of lemons, spices and ripe barley - above all sweet sherry

Finish: some smoke and brown cane sugar in the long finish, plus plums, barley and molasses
