Sunday June 7th Join us for BBQ field trip from Copenhagen to Holy Smoke BBQ in Sweden.
A gastronomy field trip to one of the best Texas style BBQ joints outside US of A, meat-primal & authentic!
Holy Smoke will have delicious smoked brisket, ribs, cornbread & all the other BBQ essentials.
At this Sunday Church event Balderdash & Holy smoke is partnering again with Michter’s Whiskey to go along with the delicious food.

Sunday June 7th Itinerary:
10:30 - We all meet at Københavnerkirken Rømersgade 17 (Its a church right behind the fish mongers in Torverallerne) and have an early morning cocktail
11:00 The bus will depart from Torverhallerne towards the ferry in Helsingør
12:15 - Ferry ride and disembarkment in Helsingborg as we continue north towards Bräcke the home of Holy Smoke BBQ
13:00 - Step out of the bus and into the smokehouse of Holy Smoke BBQ. Here the fun begins as you will have an introduction to the noble art of smoking meats and Michter’s Bourbon tradition
13:30 - Once seated in the smokehouse be ready for the meat-sweats and plenty of libations with a Bourbon tasting and cocktails ! This is the time you'll be taken on a journey through BBQ culture from the Tar Heel State of North Carolina to Tennessee and then to the lone star state of Texas.
16:30 - After lunch in the smokehouse, you will be free to just walk around the shack and take in the atmosphere.
17:15 - The bus leaves for Copenhagen
19:00-19:30 - Back in Copenhagen to enjoy the rest of the bright night and enough time to tell your friends about Sunday Church: Bourbon & BBQ stories
