Distilled in February 2011, bottled in August 2021 with the optimism that everything is better now becomes…!
Nose: fresh with a salty breeze and clouds of peat smoke
Palate: strong notes of grilled BBQ meat, behind it dried seaweed
Finish: Peat smoke, BBQ and seaweed can be found in the long finish – this is accompanied by tones of charred Oak over peat smoke malted barley
